Luiz Gushiken was a former Brazil ian Communications Minister . He was born August 5 , 1950 in Osvaldo Cruz , Brazil, to Japanese parents from Okinawa . He worked at Banespa and was associated with unions. He was a federal deputy in the Congress for three sessions from 1987 to 1998 and was coordinator of the presidential campaigns for Luiz Inácio Lula Da Silva in 1989 and 1998.
