Located at Side 1 , Londenion is the headquarters of the Londo Bell task force following the conclusion of the First Neo-Zeon War . In UC0093, following the outbreak of war between Char Aznable 's own Neo-Zeon, the colony serves as the site of negotiations between Earth Federation Vice Minister Adenaur Paraya and Char Aznable where the Earth Federation sells the Asteroid Axis to Neo-Zeon in exchange for a surrender. |
