Larry Kenney




Born in Pekin, Illinois , he began his Radio career in 1963 , as a Disc Jockey at WIRL in Peoria .

Since 1973 , he has been a regular on the '' Imus In The Morning '' radio show, where he voices dozens of characters, including General Patton , Andy Rooney and Ross Perot . Kenney was also the voice of cartoon characters Count Chocula and Sonny the Bird for Coco Puffs . He was the voice actor for Lion-O in the animated series '' ThunderCats ''.

He was host of the New York edition of the Television show '' Bowling For Dollars '' on WOR-TV (now WWOR-TV ) from 1976 to 1979 .

He is married to Carol Kenney, and has three children; the eldest, Kerri Kenney-Silver , is herself an actress.

Kenney has recently appeared in '' Family Guy '''s '' Stewie Griffin, The Untold Story '' voicing as Lion-O in a ''ThunderCats'' parody, as well as Lynne Lipton , the voice actress who voiced Cheetara.
