Kexholm County, ''Kexholms län'' or ''Käkisalmen lääni'', was a County of Sweden from 1634 to 1721 when it was ceded to Russia by the Treaty Of Nystad . In 1812 it was as a part of " Old Finland " incorporated with the Grand Duchy Of Finland . Its capital was modern Priozersk . SEE ALSO
