KTVQ is a broadcast Television station on channel 2 (Cable channel 5) in Billings, Montana USA, owned by the Evening Post Publishing Company and is the flagship of the Montana Television Network . Signed on as KOOK-TV and originally an NBC affiliate, the station began broadcasting on November 9 , 1953 . The station changed its callsign to KTVQ in the 1956 and became a CBS affiliate in 1957 . It is still an affiliate of CBS .
