The name Juspion was created by the juxtaposition of the words "Justice" and "Champion".
While reading the Galactic Bible, Edin learn of a shocking prophecy: When the dark god Satangoss awakens, the universe as we know it will be destroyed. When Satangoss appeared, Juspion set off under orders from his mentor Edin to stop the evil Satangoss and his Megabeasts with the gynoid Anli and the giant robot Daileon.
- : The hero of the series, Juspion is an Orphan raised by prophet and scientist Edin. Juspion wears an armor know as ''Metal Tec Suit'' and guides a space ship who transforms into a giant robot ( Mecha ) named ''Daileon'', both crafted by Edin. Juspion travels around a few planets to stop Satan Goss meneace, until he arrives on Earth .
- : Child alien creature found by Juspion and Anri on the jungle planet of Beezee. After her parents were killed by Satangoss's forces, Juspion adopted Miya.
- : Real name unknown. After his older brother, an Interpol investigator, was killed by Satangorth's forces, this medical student vowed revenge and became a 'Federal Nations sheriff', fighting with his twin boomerangs.
- : An space hermit and scientist, the descendant of prophets who defended the Galaxy Bible for tens of millennia. Raised Juspion, the survivor of a destroyed spaceship and sent him off to defeat Satangoss. He serves as Juspion's spiritual guide and mentor.
- (15-): Cameraman '''Ken'ichirou Nambara''', his daughter '''Kanoko''' and his son '''Kenta''' became closely linked with Juspion when Ken'ichirou took a photo of the Golden Bird. It turned out that Kanoko was one of the five chosen by the Golden Bird to house it power until its time comes.

- : A baby referred to in a prophecy in the Galaxy Bible, he landed on Earth, sleeping in a life-preserving capsule, as the sole survivor of a spaceship attacked by pirates. Juspion saw himself in the baby and named it the ''Tarzan of the Galaxy''.

- : Also know as '' Magaren '', ''MacGaren'', ''Madogaran'' due to different romanizations of マッドギャラン. Madgalant is Satan Goss 's son and his heir to the Megabeast Empire. Juspion's Antagonist throughout the series, he is capable of fighting him with his sword or with his black VTOL six-legged insectoid walker/plane, the '''Juldbooma'''. Can take human form.
