Juanita Millender-mcdonald

Juanita Millender-McDonald (born . She was born in Birmingham, Alabama , was educated at California State University, Los Angeles and the University Of Southern California , and was a teacher, a member of the Carson, California City Council and a member of the California State Assembly before entering the House. The Congresswoman is the Ranking Democrat on the U.S. House Committee On House Administration . She is also a member of the Congressional Black Caucus . She was considered a front runner for the job of Secretary of Transportation if John Kerry had been elected President in 2004.
