Jorge Hank Rhon is a Mexican millionaire businessman, the owner of Mexico's largest and most important sports betting company, ''Caliente.'' and the President of the Municipality of Tijuana He is the son of former Mexico City Mayor Carlos Hank González .

His family was linked to drug trafficking by the U.S. government raw intelligence " White Tiger Report", as well as a number of political corruption related charges in Mexico. However the American government later apologized for linking Jorge Hank Rhon and his family to drug trafficking, and conceded the accusations in the late 1990s.
