Jill Sobule




Jill Sobule (born January 1961 ) is an American Singer-songwriter best known for her first hit, "I Kissed a Girl", and the '' Clueless '' Soundtrack hit "Supermodel". She was born in Denver and debuted in 1990 , working with Todd Rundgren . Her breakthrough didn't come until 1995 , with the release of "I Kissed a Girl". Its follow-up album, '' Happy Town '', was a critical success but commercial failure. She then began working with Lloyd Cole and signed a new contract in 2000 with Beyond, releasing '' Pink Pearl '' that year.
