CHARACTER HISTORY The youngest child born to Sam & Grace Bennett in 1985, Jessica had a relatively normal childhood, and was much beloved by her parents, especially Grace. Compared to her older sister, Kay, Jessica was more quiet and better behaved, causing an antagonistic relationship with Kay, who was always scheming to get what she wanted. And although Jessica loved Kay at the end of the day, she was also a supporter of the romance between Miguel Lopez-Fitzgerald , Kay's crush, & Charity Standish, their newfound cousin, and at times, foiled Kay's plans to break up the couple.
