.]] Isabella of Portugal (, 1503 - May 1 , 1539 ) was a Princess of Portugal during the 16th Century and a member of the Aviz dynasty. Upon her marriage, Isabella also became an Empress of the Holy Roman Empire and Queen of Spain . Early life She was the child of Manuel I Of Portugal ( 1469 - 1521 ) and his second wife, Mary Of Aragon ( 1482 - 1517 ).
