Interstate 140 (abbreviated '''I-140''') is a Spur Route of Interstate 40 near Knoxville , Tennessee . It is Multiplexed with part of the Pellissippi Parkway . It runs east from Interstate 40 near Farragut to U.S. Route 129 , near McGhee Tyson Airport . It intersects with U.S. Route 11 and U.S. Route 70 near its western terminus. Plans call to extend the highway east to U.S. Route 321 in Sevier County, Tennessee . |
