The Newsmagazine ''Insight'' (more fully, '''''Insight on the News'''''), is published by The Washington Times Corporation. It was founded to be a sister publication to '' The Washington Times '' newspaper, in the mold of '' Newsweek '' 's relationship with '' The Washington Post '', and to be a conservative alternative to ''Newsweek'', ''Time'' , and '' U.S. News & World Report '' as a national newsweekly. For a time it was included with ''The Washington Times''. Its print operations ended in 2004, and today, it continues as a biweekly, web-based publication. It was noted for providing additional funding to Paula Jones for her Sexual Harassment lawsuit against Bill Clinton , allowing the suit to continue after her own funding ran out. EXTERNAL LINKS |
