Following the Second World War in 1948 at the age of 19, Hu joined the Communist Party Of China (CPC), and was a student at the University Of Beijing from 1946 - 1951 . While enrolled, Hu served as president of All-China Students' Federation, and graduated as a Minister of Electronics Industry. After the death of Hu Yaobang , he opposed the "April 26 Comment" and refused to vote in favour of the martial law (at least he didn't vote), he was then kicked out from the Standing Committee after the fall of Zhao Ziyang . After he "changed his opinion", he was appointed vice-minister of Machine-Building and Electronics Industry with the help of Wan Li . WORK EXPERIENCE Following his graduation,
SIGNIFICANCE Since 1993, Hu has been working in China within the electronics field. He is still affiliated with the CPC, and serves as a national symbol of intelligence, leadership, technology, and political idealism. |
