HISTORY This song was born on a tour bus when a reporter asked vocalist Ian Gillan how the band wrote songs. He asked for a title and then Roger Glover wrote out the basis of the song and Gillan created vocals. The song was played with and was performed that same night. Ritchie Blackmore was not present on the bus. The song appears on the 1972 LP Machine Head |
