Helena Carroll was born and raised in Glasgow, Scotland , but is identifiably Irish Catholic in roles and lifestyle. She was educated in Glasgow at the Notre Dame de Namur Catholic convent school. She is mostly a stage actress, but has also done films ( James Joyce 's '' The Dead '') and television.
