Harvey Award




The Harvey Awards are nominated by an open vote among comic-book professionals. The top five vote-getters in each category are chosen for a second vote from which the winners are chosen. Since their inception,t The awards have been presented at various Comic-Con, the Dallas Fantasy Fair, Oakland, California 's Wondercon, and the Pittsburgh Comicon. The 2004 presentation was held June 26 at the Museum Of Cartoon And Comic Art (MoCCA) in New York City .
