Harlesden station is both a London Underground station and a railway station. The railway line at this point forms the border of the Harlesden residential area and the Park Royal industrial estate. It is on the Bakerloo Line and Silverlink , between Willesden Junction and Stonebridge Park . It is in zone 3. Opened by the London And North Western Railway on 15th June 1912 , Bakerloo Line services began on 16th April 1917 . Some riders feel that Harlesden is one of the nicest smelling stations in the UK, being located next to McVitie's Park Royal Factory . |
