PLOT SUMMARY Originally, retired judge Milton C. Hardcastle is a man who is not happy with the justice system; he wants to go after some criminals who he tried and got off on technicalities. Hardcastle gets Mark "Skid" McCormick, an ex-con he tried for car theft and robbery, to work with him to catch criminals who got off from the technicalities who commit crimes. They didn't get along too well at first because McCormick thought Hardcastle was harsh when he was sent to prison by him. But, they grew to work with each other. In the pilot episode "Rolling Thunder", Skid tries to steal the Cody Coyote, a sports car similar in style to a red Ferrari that you would see racing in European auto races. CAST
