Haplogroup I is found throughout Europe , and also in Egypt and Arabia . It is believed to have arisen somewhere in Eurasia some 30,000 years before present, and been one of the first haplogroups to move into Europe. Its ancestral haplogroup was Haplogroup N . SEE ALSO EXTERNAL LINKS
