In December, same year, the Ship started operating between Buenos Aires and Piriapolis . In 1997 she was upgraded in Cadiz . Color Line chartered HSC Silvia Ana L in the summer months from 1997 to 2000, to operate on the Kristiansand - Hirtshals route. The high speed ferry operated on the Buenos Aires - Piriapolis route during the winter months. HSC Silvia Ana L was sold to MDFC Aircraft in 2000, but the charter agreement with Color Line continued. Color Line bought the high speed vessel in 2005. HSC Silvia Ana L is the second largest one-fuselage, high speed ferry, in the world. She can carry 1064 passengers and 195 cars and 4 buses.
