Spencer posts articles from various news sources, including radio, television, newspapers, and the Internet depicting illegal aliens and, what he calls their "advocates", committing all manner of crimes, including treason, sedition, rape, murder, robbery, sex crimes of all sorts, environmental damage,libel and slander, such as calling him and others of like mind "racists", aiding and abetting criminals and alleged criminals, criminal solicitation, illegal entry into the U.S., aiding and abetting terrorists, drug and human trafficking, arms smuggling and fraudulently using U.S. health and social services, utilities, and educational services. Sometimes, under the picture, is a commentary, or link to another website, such as http://www.daylaborers.org is included -- daylaborers.org is a law enforcement-related web site, that presents Wanted Poster s for criminal aliens who are wanted by law enforcement to answer for charges on various crimes which range from small infractions to serious felonies. Although Spencer denies being Racist , he has close ties with the White Nationalist group American Renaissance , which is generally considered to be a racist group. American Patrol is listed as a Hate Group website by the Southern Poverty Law Center and Anti-Defamation League . In a letter to a major news paper Spencer was quoted as saying "The Mexican culture is based on deceit. Chicanos and Mexicanos lie as a means of survival." Spencer has also attacked civil rights activists on American Patrol's website, calling them "invaders" and terrorists on the site. Spencer staged a demonstration in 2004 of a person carrying a small backpack over the border in order to show how easy it would be for a terrorist to smuggle a very small Weapon Of Mass Destruction into the country.
