The eight male Forsaken are:

Aginor , killed by Rand Al'Thor , resurrected as Osan'gar and later killed again.

Asmodean , deceased (killer unknown. Contrary to some believers, Robert Jordan has never confirmed nor denied anyone (except Padan Fain who he denied to be the killers as an answer to a reader's question) as the murderer.)

Balthamel , resurrected as Aran'gar

Be'lal , deceased (killed irrevocably with Balefire by Moiraine Sedai )

Demandred , whereabouts unknown.

Rahvin , deceased (killed irrevocably with Balefire )

Ishamael , killed by Rand al'Thor, resurrected as Moridin

Sammael , deceased (killed by Mashadar ), although it is revealed in Knife of Dreams that he may be alive.

The five female Forsaken are:

Graendal

Lanfear , killed by unknown means, resurrected as Cyndane

Mesaana , currently within the White Tower.

Moghedien , currently Moridin's servant/slave.

Semirhage , captured by Rand al'Thor.

Note: Many of the names of the Forsaken show influences from Jewish , Christian , and Islamic Demon lore and legend.
