Football Queensland (formerly "Queensland Soccer") is the governing body of Football (soccer) in the Australian state of Queensland . The body changed its name to be more in line with the new Football Federation Australia in 2005. Football Queensland governs over the district federations, such as Brisbane Mens Football , Gold Coast Soccer and Sunshine Coast Soccer , as well as seven other associations around the state.
