Flextronics has design, engineering, manufacturing, and logistics operations in 32 countries and five Continents . It's revenues for the 2005 fiscal year was USD$15.9 billion. In 2005 Flextronics acquired Hughes Software systems along with other Indian Companies like Emuzed,Deccanet Designs and futuresoft. Flextronics recently sold its Network Services And Semiconductor Business to Telavie and AMI Semiconductor respectively. On January 2006 Flextronics Conglomerate CEO Michael Marks resigns his post.
