Prerequisites to the production of Bucium wines are: the calcareous soil, the right choice of harvest time, the technology and art of the wine maker having a special flair in directing the biological processes of the liquors. Feteasca alba is a velvet-like wine with distinguished flavours. The tasters, as well as the most refined of the amateurs, feel a breath of silk in their mouth as they taste the wine. The dry variety of this wine is perfectly associated with sea fruits and fish, while a semi-dry Feteasca wine can put an end to a meal and makes also a good marriage with caviar.
