Ealing Broadway is a National Rail and London Underground station, in Ealing in west London . It is in Travelcard Zone 3 .

The mainline station was opened in 1838 by the Great Western Railway , London Underground services commenced in 1879.

The Tube station is a western terminus of the District Line , and of a branch of the Central Line . On the District Line, the next station is Ealing Common , and on the Central Line is West Acton .

The station is served by local services operated by First Great Western from London Paddington to Greenford and Reading and Heathrow Connect services from Paddington to Heathrow Airport . The station is on the original line of the Great Western Railway .

It is proposed that Crossrail line 1 will call at Ealing Broadway.
