Eagle's Minimal Essential Medium (EMEM) is a Cell Culture Medium by Harry Eagle . It contains:
A variation of this EMEM, called DMEM, (Dulbecco/Vogt Modified Eagle's Minimal Essential Medium), which contains approximately four times as much of the Vitamin s and Amino Acids present in the original formula and two to four times more Glucose . Additionally, it contains Iron . DMEM is suitable for most types of cells, including Human , Monkey , Hamster , Rat , Mouse and Chicken cells. SEE ALSO
