EDIFICE is a non-profit organisation, organised in the form of an association and governed by the articles of this Agreement, any regulations promulgated hereunder and by Articles 60-79 of the Swiss Civil Code. EDIFICE's recommendations on implementation of B2B Standards are assembled in a Framework for B2B. The Framework for B2B identifies each business area and the related inter-enterprise business processes which are of interest within the EDIFICE scope. The Framework provides an ordered, structured means of presenting the recommendations for each business area and it also provides the supporting information and technical infrastructure common to all business areas.
