Dubstar are a British dance-pop act formed by Sarah Blackwood, Steve Hillier and Chris Wilkie. They formed in 1993 in Newcastle-upon-Tyne and have released three original albums and one 'best of' compilation. They are best known for the singles "Stars" and "Not So Manic Now". Sarah Blackwood joined the Electroclash group Client in 2002. "Stars" has been covered by Lacuna Coil . BAND PERSONNEL DETAILS
SINGLES "Stars", a big hit single by Dubstar, received a wide variety of play time in clubs, and on the radio. Many remixes were also created of this song. "Stars" allowed Dubstar to achieve American recognition. The following singles were released in the UK by Dubstar, via Food Records:
