Don "Magic" Juan (also referred to as Donald Campbell, Archbishop Don 'Magic' Juan, Archbishop Don Magic Juan, Bishop Magic Juan, and Don The Bishop Magic Juan) is an American Hip-hop artist, Actor , and self-proclaimed (or reformed) Pimp from Chicago, Illinois who is an ordained Minister in real life (as an ordained minister, he has counseled former pimps where a majority have made the transition out of illegal activity). Juan has served in several supporting roles in the music, videos, and live stage shows of better-established artists, including a remix of 50 Cent 's "P.I.M.P.", (as well as being featured in the music video), and a spoken-word interlude on Da Brat 's album ''Unrestricted''. He is also featured in Twista 's song "Pimp on" from the '' Kamikaze '' album, and "Bo$$ Playa" from Snoop Dogg 's album ''Paid Tha Cost To Be Da Boss''. He can also be seen as part of Snoop Dogg 's entourage in the movies such as '' Starsky & Hutch '' and '' Old School (film) ''.. Juan's climb to mainstream celebrity began when he met Snoop backstage at one of Snoop Dogg's concerts. They hit it off, and Juan became Snoop's "spiritual advisor". To date, Juan has not released any albums of his own, though Snoop Dogg has stated publicly that he is working on producing Juan's first album. Juan did release a compilation album of 70's and 80's Soul classics in 2006. He was caricatured in Aaron McGruder 's Comic Strip '' The Boondocks '' for a November / December 2003 story arc during which ''Boondocks'' characters Huey and Caesar were attempting to find then-U.S. National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice a boyfriend.
