Don Koehler ( 1925 - 1981 ), Denton , Montana , USA . He was '''249cm''' (8ft2) due to Acromegalic Gigantism . Had a Twin sister who was 5'9" (1.75m). After the death of Robert Wadlow in 1940 he was the tallest man in the world, ½ inch taller than Finland´s Väinö Myllyrinne .
