Denzil Llewellyn Douglas (born January 14 , 1953 ) is the Prime Minister of St Kitts And Nevis . He became leader of the St Kitts And Nevis Labour Party in 1989 and won the general election in 1995 . He has been prime minister since July 7, 1995, and was also foreign minister from then until 2000. He is a graduate of the University Of The West Indies .
