Dave attended the first WorldCon , and printed the " Yellow Pamphlet " which got several members of the Futurians banned from the convention by chairman Sam Moskowitz . Dave chaired the 1956 WorldCon , NyCon II , and was Fan Guest of Honor at ConStellation, the 1983 WorldCon. Dave was created a Knight of The Order Of Saint Fantony in 1961 , and was awarded the Big Heart Award in 1973 . EXTERNAL LINK |
