Roebuck appeared in his first movie role in 1981 . From 1992 to 1995 , he played "Cliff Lewis" on the television drama '' Matlock ''. He has appeared in numerous other guest roles in television programs and has starred in many feature films including ''The Fugitive'' and ''Final Destination''. He appeared as Mr. Banks in the 2003 movie '' Agent Cody Banks ''. In 2005 he appeared in the television drama '' Lost '' as Dr. Arzt .
