Corin Nemec (born November 5 , 1971 in Little Rock , Arkansas ) is an American Actor . He is also sometimes credited with his nickname, "Corky". Nemec is best known for playing Parker Lloyd Lewis in the early 1990s Television Series '' Parker Lewis Can't Lose '' and Jonas Quinn in '' Stargate SG-1 ''.
