Cliff Williams

By 1970 , Cliff's band Home had earned a record deal with Epic Records . An LP, titled ''Pause For A Hoarse Horse'' was released.

Cliff left the band in 1974 to form Bandit , which released a self-titled LP under Arista , but failed to make a huge impact.

In 1977 , Cliff received a call from AC/DC, who was in need of a bassist after the departure of Mark Evans . Cliff accepted, and helped record ''Powerage'' the same year.

He usually plays a 4-string Music Man Stingray bass.

He is also the only one of AC/DC who is over 6 feet tall.
