London Victoria Battersea Park Wandsworth Road Clapham High Street Denmark Hill Peckham Rye Queens Road Peckham South Bermondsey London Bridge }} Clapham High Street railway station is on the inner South London Line from London Victoria to London Bridge . It has a train service in each direction roughly once every thirty minutes. The station is located close to Clapham North Tube Station but interchange on a single ticket is not allowed (the stations are two distinct entities). It is operated by Southern trains; the next stations in either direction are Wandsworth Road (to the west, towards Victoria) and Denmark Hill (to the east, towards London Bridge). Trains can also run east to Brixton , however there are no trains that stop at both Clapham High Street and Brixton (apart from occasional diversions). The station is unmanned, and is not heavily used. East Brixton Railway Station used to be the next station to the east on the South London Line, however it was closed in 1976. EXTERNAL LINKS |
