The editor is Thomas Fleming . The magazine strongly supported the candidacy of Patrick Buchanan in the 1992 and 1996 presidential elections. Taking an anti- Globalism , some say pro- Isolationism , editorial stance, it has become a leading Anti-war group within Conservative Politics .


HISTORY

The magazine was founded in 1976, soon after the Institute's establishment earlier that year. Originally known as ''The Chronicles of Culture'', the magazine was published by , another project of the Rockford Institute.
