Capital Gold is a Radio Station which started in London in 1988 on Capital FMs AM frequency. Original DJs included Tony Blackburn , Kenny Everett and David Hamilton . Current presenters on the station include David Jensen , Nicky Horne and Paul Coyte .

The station then started to go semi-national towards the late 1990s and places such as Birmingham, Manchester, Sussex and Hampshire and South Wales eventually picked up the station.
