An Oïl Language known as Bourguignon spoken in the region of Burgundy . It is one of the Languages Of France . Sometimes the Franc-Comtois language is referred to as part of the Burgundian group.

A political faction known as the Burgundian (party) in early fifteenth century during the Hundred Years' War .
