Emperor Bharata is the first man to conquer all of the known world, which is named ''' Bharatavarsha ''' in his honor. His conquess covered modern India , Nepal , Bangladesh , Pakistan and major parts of Afghanistan . He is theorized to have been the son of Dushyanta and Shakuntala , or Lord Rishabha .

Bharata (Ramayana) is the son of Kaikeyi and Dasaratha , and the youngest brother of Lord Rama . He rules Ayodhya while Rama is in exile.
