Ben Bailey is an American Comedian and Game Show host for Discovery Channel 's '' Cash Cab ''. His comedy can be classified as mainly observational. Originally from New Jersey , he went to Los Angeles in 1993. At six feet six inches he was offered a job as a Bouncer for a comedy club after borrowing a cigarette from a man in a parking lot. According to Ben Bailey, he was telling stories with some comedians after-hours when someone who found his stories humorous offered him an opportunity at Stand-up .
