PLOT Bookum, ( Ice Cube ) a bounty hunter is trying to capture Reggie Wright ( Mike Epps ), whom he has already arrested multiple times. While chasing Wright, he discovers a diamond heist. Reggie's girlfriend, Gina (played by Eva Mendes ) and Bookum's friend Pam, join the chase for the theives, because of a winning lottery ticket which Reggie lost in the theives' van.
