Lewis was born in Cork in 1964 , the son of the Irish cricketer Ian Lewis . He is the third most capped Irish cricketer of all time and played for Middlesex County Cricket Club . He retired in 1997 and took up refereeing rugby matches, and has refereed to international level. EXTERNAL LINKS |
