Adrian Ross




An esteemed Cambridge University Don , historian, and a translator of French and German literature. Winner of the Chancellor's Medal for verse. He created the fictitious Ross due to a concern that writing musicals would compromise his professional career.

Under the name Adrian Ross he produced more than 60 libretti for the London stage.
