The 6th Connecticut Regiment also known as '''10th Continental Regiment''' was raised on September , 1776 at New Haven, Connecticut . The regiment would see action in the New York Campaign . The regiment was merged into the 1st Connecticut Regiment on January 1 , 1783 at West Point, New York and disbanded on November 15 1783.
