The 2006-2007 season will be the 127th season of competitive Football in England . OVERVIEW The number of divisions at Level 8 of the English Football League System will increase from four to six. Level 9 will decrease from fifteen divisions to twelve. Wembley Stadium should be completed and host the FA Cup Final, however it is not expected to be ready for the National Team's first two 2008 European Championship qualifiers - these matches will now be played at Old Trafford in Manchester . Arsenal will move into their new home, the 60,000-capacity Emirates Stadium . Emirates will also become the club's shirt sponsor. Following promotion from the Championship , Reading will play in the Premiership for the first time in their 135-year history. MK Dons are expecting to move into a new 30,000-seater stadium, not yet named, during this season. Accrington Stanley will be playing in the Football League for the first time since they dissolved with massive debts in 1962. EVENTS
