The Battle of Cato Neimoidia is a fictional conflict that appeared in and Star Wars: The Labrynth of Evil. During the Battle of Cato Neimoidia, Obi-Wan Kenobi , Anakin Skywalker , and Commander Cody led the Sky Corps and Squad Seven into battle to track down Nute Gunray . The Republic then lay siege to Gunray's citadel, where he and his entourage were hiding. However, the citadel's defences were too strong, so Anakin and Obi-wan entered it's lower levels via a beetle hive, which the Neimodians had converted into a fungus farm. With a squad of clone commandos and Commander Cody, the two Jedi fought their way through the citadel, hindered by huge numbers of droids. Eventually, Anakin spotted the viceroy, and went after him. However, Gunray escaped, but he left behind his mechno-chair, which helped the Jedi in tracking down Darth Sidious. Thanks to the trail of clues started off by the mechno-chair, Shaak Ti and Mace Windu almost succeeded in finding Darth Sidious, but their progress was interrupted by the Battle Of Coruscant . |
