110th Street Station, located at Lexington Avenue and 110th Street in Harlem , is four tracks wide and has two side platforms, serving local trains. Fare control is at platform level, and no crossover or crossunder is provided. There was a 2nd exit towards the north end of the uptown platform but due to safety and security reasons was closed and covered over in the mid-1990's. The only evidence that the exit was there is a steel door in the wall. There are standard number and station name tile mosaics. The artwork at this station is a Mosaic entitled ''Un Sabado en la Ciento Diez'' (''A Saturday on 110th''), by Manuel Vega in 1996.

The station opened July 17, 1918.
